Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) in  partnership with Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA) invites you to  an engagement with the CEO’s of the Global Business Services Industry players  in KwaZulu-Natal, which is aimed at to afford industry players an opportunity  for robust engagements with provincial leadership on how best to position KZN  as one of the top investment destination for the sector and to also come up  with resolutions on targeted activities and interventions for taking the sector  forward.

This engagement comes  after South Africa was ranked as the top global location for business process  services, in a sector that is rapidly expanding locally and exporting  call-centre and related services to other parts of the world. 

The business services sector, which  includes call centres, technical support and back and front office services for  major multinationals and South African firms, has seen exceptional growth in  recent years, and has been a major source of job creation for young South  Africans.
