The investSA One Stop Shop (OSS) is a national government initiative championed by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) to institutionalize inter-governmental collaboration on investment facilitation, aftercare, and retention. The KwaZulu-Natal OSS initiative is managed by Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN), with the support of the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, the shareholder of TIKZN.
