SOUTH Africa has a skills shortage, but there are thousands of unemployed graduates
across the country indicating the need for business, government and stakeholders to
improve dialogue around human resource planning.
This is especially critical in the face of recessionary changes to the economy, according to a recent discussion hosted by the Standard Bank and The Mercury.
